Welcome to CMPulse (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using www.cmpulse.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. General
CMPulse supplies remanufactured and repaired transport refrigeration components and electronic modules for Carrier Transicold and Thermo King equipment.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
CMPulse specializes in remanufactured electronic controllers, display panels, interface boards and related components for transport refrigeration systems.
All product descriptions, specifications and compatibility information are provided in good faith. Customers are responsible for confirming suitability and compatibility before installation.
If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before placing an order.
3. Product Condition
Unless otherwise stated, products sold by CMPulse are:
- Remanufactured
- Repaired and tested
- Inspected before dispatch
- Ready for installation
Products are not new OEM components unless specifically identified as such.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:
- Pricing errors
- Product availability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect customer information
If payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will be refunded.
6. Warranty
CMPulse products include a 3 Month “NO NONSENSE” Warranty, unless otherwise stated.
If a product develops a fault during the warranty period, it may be returned to us for inspection.
Following inspection, warranty claims may be:
- Approved
- Repaired
- Replaced
- Refunded
- Declined
Inspection timeframes may vary.
Warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Misuse
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Fire damage
- Modification or tampering
- External electrical faults
- Damage caused by wiring faults or overvoltage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Core Return Program
Certain products may qualify for a core return credit.
Core returns are subject to inspection.
To qualify:
- Core must be complete.
- Core must not be physically destroyed.
- Core must be returned within the agreed timeframe.
Core return credits are issued at our discretion after inspection.
8. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
CMPulse is not liable for delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Customs
- Weather events
- Industrial action
- Circumstances beyond our control
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
9. Returns
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us before returning any item.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMPulse shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business
- Downtime
- Consequential damages
- Indirect damages
- Loss of refrigerated cargo
- Labour costs
- Installation costs
- Diagnostic charges
- Vehicle recovery costs
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
- Logos
- Images
- Product descriptions
- Graphics
- Text
- Website design
is the property of CMPulse and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Third-Party Trademarks
Carrier®, Carrier Transicold®, Thermo King® and other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
References to these brands are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes.
CMPulse is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Carrier Transicold or Thermo King.
13. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
