Return Your Old Part & Receive a Refund

 


At CMPULSE, we offer a Core Return Program that allows customers to receive a partial refund when returning their old faulty component after purchasing a replacement part.


Many refrigeration controllers, electronic modules and other components can be remanufactured and reused. This helps reduce costs and supports environmentally responsible repair practices.

 

 

 

How the Core Return Program Works

 

 

  1. Purchase a replacement part from CMPULSE.

  2. Send your old faulty unit (core) back to us.

  3. Our technicians inspect the returned part.

  4. If the core is accepted, a refund is issued.

 


The refund amount depends on the condition of the returned component.

 

 

 

Eligible Parts

 


Core return is commonly accepted for:


Controllers and display modules

Electronic control boards

Power modules

Other remanufacturable components

Core Return Conditions

 


Returned core must:


Match the purchased part number or compatible model

Be complete and not heavily damaged

Not be burnt or destroyed beyond repair

Not be missing major components

Be returned within agreed time period


Units that are severely damaged may not qualify for refund.

 

 

 

Return Time Frame

 


Core returns should be shipped within 30 days from the purchase date unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Process

 


After inspection and approval:


Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.


Processing time may vary depending on inspection and shipping times.

 

 

 

Shipping Core Back

 


Customer is responsible for shipping the old part back unless otherwise agreed.


Please ensure the part is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
